At VIOFO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all VIOFO tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
